Primary Role Sell, grow and retain Small Business customers by developing and cultivating strong customer relationships
Areas of Focus:
1. Communicating the OneSource value proposition to existing customers
2. Identifying customer-specific needs, and options for addressing those needs, on the basis of key criteria
3. Developing solutions that meet customer’s need and still satisfy OneSource profitability and growth requirements
4. Negotiating terms and conditions favorable to both OneSource and the customer
5. Ensuring profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction in assigned accounts
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 2 -4 years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience • Proven track record of overachievement, in a telesales environment
• Bachelor’s degree (or European equivalent)
• High level of comfort with a technology-driven, fast-paced environment that requires ability to quickly synthesize multiple sources of data
• Sound and up-to-date technical knowledge; familiarity with using CRM systems a plus
• Professional training in sales and account planning processes
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone; strong written communications skills
• Stable progressive work history
• Outstanding negotiating and closing skills • Ability to build and sustain trust among customers and colleagues
