We are looking for a PT Collections Representative to work 3 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Chasing overdue payments,
• Investigating disputes and queries
• Resolving all invoice related queries
• Liaising with her 3rd parties
• Providing a weekly update to the Director of collections
• Working successfully within a corporate collections environment and working closely with the sales team.
   

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 year collections experience, a proven track record of success with reaching targets, a member of ICM or equivalent and strong verbal and written skills.
