OneSource Announces New “Match And Append” Content Optimization Service

London, UK -  September 12, 2005 -- OneSource Information Services, Inc., a company of infoUSA (NASDAQ: IUSA), today announced a new content service, Match and Append, for OneSource customers.  With Match and Append, OneSource users can quickly and easily load or update their CRM or other internal customer information systems with essential company profile and contact details from OneSource.  As a result, OneSource customers can significantly improve the accuracy and completeness of the information available across their enterprise.

With Match and Append, OneSource enables users to match internal customer and prospect data against OneSource’s comprehensive repository of business information and then load complete company profile and executive records or update incorrect or missing data fields within their existing systems.  Once a OneSource record is stored in a system, it is automatically linked to the OneSource Information Warehouse allowing on-demand updates to keep information current.

The new Match and Append service is performed by a group of OneSource content specialists using a proprietary matching algorithm designed to work with a customer provided list of clients and prospects.  The account list is matched against the OneSource Global Business Taxonomy system, a classification system providing a state-of-the-art framework that organizes and integrates a wide range of business information on over 3 million companies worldwide.  Applying processes and procedures learned over the last 15 years, matched results are ranked according to the validity of the match, varying from low confidence to high confidence. Once the list of accounts has been matched, the OneSource profile and executive data is then appended to the records, improving the quality of their internal information.

The new service, which supports salesforce.com, Siebel, Microsoft Word, and other CRM and customer information systems, is available immediately with pricing starting at $2,500.
