The Sales, Service and Solutions group is comprised of Sales, Customer Service and Professional Services Solutions team. Our mission is to dominate the global marketplace for integrated intelligence solutions by generating profitable revenues, growing client adoption and high retention through: brand leadership, sales and service excellence, market foresight, and customer responsiveness.

The Product group includes the functions of Product Management and Product Marketing. These roles are responsible for setting and delivering on the product strategy and identifying the roadmap. Product Managers specify the product ideas and lead the team that develops, tests and delivers the product release. In addition, Product Managers also provide product assistance in support of customer facing functions such as sales and support.Product Marketing Managers are responsible for identifying and assessing product opportunities that will yield benefit for our customers and our business. Product Marketing is also responsible for launching the product initiatives - training the sales teams, working with Marketing to develop materials and taking the lead on press and analyst discussions.
