Buffalo Seminary, founded in 1851, is the only nonsectarian, college preparatory school for girls in western New York. The curriculum offered includes advanced placement courses in English, history, math, science and foreign language, as well as many honors courses. All the seniors of the school participate in the senior internship program that provides them with the opportunity to work in a field they may be interested in pursuing in the future. Buffalo Seminary offers various entertaining and educational opportunities to students, including art club, cultural awareness club, international club, math club, science club, yearbook, ski club, social service board, student government and writer s club.
