The Company’s business focuses on three areas: Offshore Marine Services which is provided by the Company’s fleet of vessels; Geophysical Services, and Infrastructure Development. The Company manages its business through three wholly owned British Virgin Island holding companies, Caspian Services Group Limited (Caspian), Caspian Geophysics Limited (Caspian Geophysics) and Caspian Real Estate Limited (Caspian Real Estate).
