Feb. 26-- A state-of-the-city review tops the agenda for the Van Buren City Council meeting on Monday, rescheduled from Feb. 20 in observation of Presidents Day. --A resolution urging the Defense Department and Air Force to retain the 188th Fighter Wing in Fort Smith. The City Council meeting is 7 p.m. Monday at the Van Buren Municipal Complex, 1003 Broadway.
