   Nov. 06-- The Sedalia City Council approved several construction bids for the new Sedalia Fire Department station during its meeting on Monday. Nearly a year ago, Fire Chief Mike Ditzfeld approached council about the need for a new station to replace Station No. 2 on West 16th Street and council approved the $3.7 million expenditure in March.
