Aquavit restaurant in New York City, salutes the classic furniture and interior designers of Scandinavia with a nod to the Danish Masters Arne Jacobsen, Poul Kjaerholm and Verner Panton. The restaurant is named for the popular neutral spirit Aquavit that is also served in the restaurant. The restaurant is launching its own white cranberry aquavit. A United States importer and distributor will make it available to the public and in restaurants, bars and liquor stores in the New York area.
