Madeira School, located in McLean, Va., is a boarding and day school for girls. It was founded in 1906 by Lucy Madeira, and offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to more than 300 students in grades nine through 12. The school offers a co-curriculum program that includes off-campus internship options for students. Madeira School s student population represents more than 20 states and over 10 countries.
