Presently we have 440 looms of various kinds(140 air-jet looms made in Japan,142 broad rapier looms made in Italy, 40 homemade rapier looms, 64 3.6-meter extra broad water-jet looms, 56 2.3-meter water-jet looms), 168 double twisters including the imported and homemade ones, 130 various dye vats, 22 boarding machines( including 4 3.2-meter extra broad boarding machines, 3 boarding machines made in Taiwan, 5 boarding machines made both in Japan and Germany and 9 homemade boarding machines), 3 full decatizing machines made in Italy, 10 embroidering machines made in Switzerland, 30 homemade embroidering machines, 60 seamless underwear machines (electronic jacquard knitting machine) made in Italy as well as other associated facilities. Recently, our company mainly produces four kinds of products: The first one is the household textiles. Since our company succeed in developing the household glass curtain, window curtain and so on decorative fabrics in 1999, our are bullish for the market situation, the product added value becomes higher. Aimed at this huge market, our leaders spent 5 million US dollars in 2004 to introduce 10 Switzerland-made computer embroidery machines, 118 extra broad water-jet looms and 30 homemade embroidery machines, thus we enlarged our market shares on decorative fabrics and household textiles further. We believe we will become more stronger in the field unceasingly. The second one is the seamless underwear. According to the market investigation and study, we introduced 60 Italian electronic jacquard knitting circular machines 60 in 2005 for producing seamless knitted underwear. Learn from the domestic underwear market, at present the seamless underwear only occupies 5% of the domestic underwear output, and because this product has good permeability and elasticity, so it will be the new substitute in the underwear field. Since we carried out this project in September, 2005, most of our orders come from European and America, Japan and so on developed countries. But we think the domestic market demand is larger, the sales situation is better and the profit margin are bigger.
